We are admiring the technology there...Originally posted by OWNZUALLYou are all sick. Its not a game, this vid shows real war action where people dies, even if they are "bad guys", they are humans.
I will never understand why is it so cool or fun to see people dead in real life.
You are even worse than this terrorists or whoever they are if you post this messages.
One question,
U think that us posting "cool video" makes us worse than terrorist who shoots soldiers from your country, makes IED's what blows your legs off, fly's planes to buildings?Comment

yeah this isnt sick they should consider that nice, ending them very quick we could capture them and cut ther balls off then there toes then there tongue then there head but that would make us the terrorists and not them
i just find it amazing how american soldiers are put on trial for war crimes when they so call "torture" enemy soldiers but its ok for the enemy to torture themComment

These days, we barely call in the Gunship unless were in deep sh**. Like 2 weeks ago, when the F-15E was grounded, I think a Gunship was called. Since we know got Apaches and Jets on the ground close to the combat, the Gunship is rarely used in Iraq, more in Afghanistan. But still, a Gunship with a 105' is HOT

The mission in COD4 was taken literally form that very video.
In the real video from Afghanistan they specify that the mosque can't be touched. In COD4 they say don't hit the church.
And at the end of the mission the navigator says "This sure is going to make a great highlight reel" eluding to the popular C-130 video that inspired IW's game mission.
I first saw the real video in '03 or '04Comment

The Spectre is only used where there is air superiority and no threat from ground AA. It typically conducts night flights as it is a very slow, very vulnerable target during daylight operations. It is a 'special operations' aircraft because of it's distinct advantages and limitations.

It isn't fun to see dead people in real life. Most toss the cookies the first time. It is disgusting to see someone splattered across the ground.
The video is so unreal to us that we can't see it as 'real' footage of carnage, it looks like a movie or tv show. However, if you had to walk across that very ground and see the destruction you'd be shocked. When it is up-front, in-your-face, it is a completely different story.
I would agree with a statement above that we aren't admiring the taking of those lives, but the awesome technology behind it. Knowing that those were terrorists who had been targeted during an extensive investigation makes it easier to swallow than if we thought is was a school yard with innocent students and teachers being slaughtered.Comment
