I have downloaded a few maps and they come with other folders. For Example I downloaded CP_Abaden and it comes with a v2botsupport zip file that contains another server.zip file in it. what am I supposed to do with this file? Am I supposed to copy it into the level dir and overwrite the actual level server Zip file??? please help.

You really need to ask the map creator. If the "botsupport" server.zip is larger than the original I would guess that it is a replacement though. Either rename the original server.zip as a backup and try using the new one or look inside the new one and see if it has anything other than AI, AIPathFinding, and possibly GameModes folders.
