Maps suddently won't finish loading?

Don't know if anyone else is getting this right now? I didn't see anything else on other threads.

I have 1.40 d/l just fine. The game was running perfectly until about 30 mins ago and now no map will finish loading and it basically forces me to a push button restart of my PC. I literally cannot get into play on any server and have to restart the puter every time.

Has anyone seen this, seen a fix for this yet?

I have had this problem happen to me only once (knocking on wood) and the problem started suddenly (between games if I'm remembering correctly). Give it a whirl. Seems like a known problem with a quick fix. It helped me get over this annoying little issue.
