Patch wont run

I've downloaded it from 2 different websites.
I click on the setup.exe, the hourglass comes up for 3 seconds and then goes off. It creates a file/folder in the Temp Folder in C/Docs and settings/user/local settings, but nothing happens. I've tried waiting 10 minutes.. still nothing. Any suggestions?

Apparently a corrupt download was distributed to some websites. The Gamers Hell and i3d sites are known to work.

Fileshack worked as well, although when I did the install it took forever to initialize but then went on it's merry way.

i3d only the english download is not corrupt. the dutch one is corrupted. im dutch but didn't download the dutch file because the maximum downloads was already reached. but al my clan members downloaded the dutch one too and they had problems.
