Hey Everyone,
Some of you have found this because you are having the same trouble I was having, which is the Upgrade Patches don't work on Vista 64-bit. The solution that finally worked for me was to go back and search for the Incremental Patches. They are as follows:
Incremental V1.22
Incremental V1.3
Incremental V1.4
The first two will take some digging to find, especially V1.22. Just Google them or PM me and I'll email you a link. They should get you up to date so you can play on any server as they did for me.
