Whats up with enemies spawing behind you in MP

So there I was clearing out a room in HQ and killed a couple of people, room was clear next thing I know Im dead. I was like wtf b/c no one else was in the room b/c I checked. Kill cam showed enemy had obviously spawned right behind me b/c he spawned in a corner. How many times has this happened to you.

I think the enemies spawn away from the majority of the opposition, so if you lone wolf it away from your team, your more likely to get spawned on.

I'd agree with Eliminator on this. I find that the spawns are done in groups based on the other players on your team. I bet there was an enemy nearby with the UAV Jammer perk who was the spawn point for the dude who popped in behind you.

The most important military maneuver is key to CoD4: the Flank. Never think that you are behind friendly lines! If you are looking for me, I am flanking left or right to come and stab you and your friends. :shock:
