I was wondering what server program the clans were using that enable them to have multiple game modes in their map rotation? I cannot figure it out and I know some people that wanted to implement that system on their server.

If you mean running one map as TDM, the next as S&D, and then one in Domination, etc...set up the map rotation like this example:

set sv_mapRotation "gametype war map mp_backlot gametype sab map mp_bloc gametype dom map mp_bog gametype war map mp_cargoship gametype sd map mp_citystreets gametype koth map mp_convoy gametype war map mp_countdown"
