intelligence laptop on "one shot one kill"

Hey guys uhh i have 29/30 intelligence laptops and i dont no where the last one is and it is on "one shot, one kill". I found the first one that is on top of the fire escape after the building where u kill the two guys and two dogs. can anyone help me find the other one?

During the final sequence when you're waiting for your heli to come, there are a few buildings in an alleyway to the west. One of them has a double door. It will open sometime. But not if you are near it.
