Lay some claymores before you enter the open field where emeny tanks and soldiers comb thru, so they will fire off after you are safe, would the AI be smart enough to turn back and catch you?

I assume you mean on the flashback mission with McMillian? I'd say they would come back and get you but I don't know.

Sure they would probably turn and shoot at you. They are too smart.

I just tried this yesterday but on the sniper mission, just before you walk out into that field with guys and tanks a helicopter flys overhead, go back into that church and get that anti-armor gun and try shoot the heli down, the first shot misses but then the heli annihilates the building your hiding in and its incredibly hard to shoot it down, I was playing through on the easiest setting and it still nailed me most times.. after you do shoot it down, mcmillan goes "now you're really showing off.."

id hate to go after the heli in vet mode :S
