Is it just me, or the dogs in the game more formidable opposition than the forces you're supposed to be fighting?

I constantly get mauled and attacked by these freakin dogs, and i shoot them all and more come.

There is a part on the Ghillied Up mission, you walk through some showers and inside a pool, there are about 7 dogs munching on a corpse.

It's like my god, have some respect.

You have some freakin' mini game, where you have to wait for the dog to bite you before you can snap its neck. I mean, WTH! I aint letting no dog bite me, least of all, an Afghani dog.

I've figured out how they make the dogs bite you. They play the game in the background, and make the dog feel like a jackass, so it gets really annoyed and wants to kill someone.

Or maybe you should stealth the mission all the way. Thats what I did, didn't kill a single guy when he game me the choice of stealth or fire.

Lol, i think the game is meant to be played in stealth anbd its pretty fun when you try it! Otherwise I guess they added the dogs to try and make peopole go stealth lol. But I know what you mean, in most cases one of them dogs are enough.

I've been playing the 'All ghillied up' mission with all stealth... But i got to know to those god damn dogs because i messed up in the beginning somehow...

But in that part where you have to wait for the helo to pick you and Mac up, there is some attackdogs(i think) with the enemies. Since after the helos start pourin in, some dogs run with the enemies coming from the ground... And they tend to get me every single time...

I don't know what the heck im doing wrong, when the dog attacks me, i press V and still i get my a$$ rip to pieces...

Yea, gotta go stealth. Anytime they are on to you, thats when it hits the fan.

First thing I take out are those dogs. I whip out the pistol because your rifle isnt going to do it.

When he gives you the option to take the shot, you can take it, but you need to take out the people when they are not looking at each other. There is an order to do it.

For the person having trouble killing the dogs when they jump on you:
make sure you wait until they're just about to bite. If you press V to early, or just mash it, the dog will kill you. Hope that helps!

Press V when the "Press your melee key (V)" shows up, no sooner, no later. And I hate having to shoot dogs...

I think im playing on hardened(not sure about this though)...

And when the helos arrive, im pretty sure that the dogs come with the enemies, because they always run past the enemies and straight towards me...
