Punkbuster Problem

I can run 2142 fine, but whenever I join a server online, I am kicked almost IMMEDIATELY within joining the server. When I am kicked, I am returned to the lobby with a window that simply says "PUNKBUSTER"

I'm very confused and I downloaded patch 1.25 and I do not hack. I just got this game today and I don't understand why I keep getting kicked. Please help!

I get the same thing. Not sure what's up, I've even used pbsetup.exe to manually update PB, no go =/
