Ghillie suit

On which maps do snipers get to wear the ghillie suit and on those map does one team have it or both? I want to create my own custom class with a ghillie suit but an SMG instead of a sniper, (also a gas mask SAS model instead of the other one.) Do you still get the ghillie suit model if you do this or do you have to have a sniper rifle. Ive tryed poking around the options but cant find anything.

I'm not sure exactly what maps have ghillie suits, but you must have a sniper as your primary weapon to get one.

I really wish you could have a ghillie suit and not have a sniper rifle, but alas, you can't.

can't you use a smg as a secondary weapon? I have no real interest at the moment in MP, I've got too many others i'm busy with so I have no clue how different it is then SP

With the overkill perk you can, and you can of course switch your pistol out for an SMG when you have a sniper primary.

perks: iron lungs, overkill and bandolier.

then get a P90 /w red dot and an M21 as secondary. never fails.

OMG the guille suit rocks so much thoug, I hid in a corner near a spawn, and guys just walked right over me, and I shot em, after 7 kills I finally was killed (darn killcam)

Hiding with the suit seems like a whole lot of fun. Just like Spying around on TF2. :p

I wish they implement gear unlocks.. say you can unlock any character models in the game and any type of gear etc, but the ghillie suit has much lower armour so it doesnt get whored while you can unlock heavy armour, helmets etc

That imo would make the game rock 10x more, oh and also squads like in bf which would make the game rock 25x more ;D

I had my sniper as primary but i changed it to secondary, you seem to die easier when in the ghillie suit? Anyone else thought this?
