How do i make a Custom Signature?

does anybody know how i make a CUSTOM signature, not one of the default ones on a signature site, but something that i can make myself?

if you sign up at bf2tracker.com you can make a custom signature with stats. you can upload an image and display your stats on it, although their awards images dont look very good. thats how i made my signature.
