Ok I didn't understand most of what you said but it looks like you need to uninstall your video card drivers, run driver sweeper in save mode. select the cleaner you want and hit run, then reboot back into normal mode and install 163.69 nvidia driver.

If the above doesn't work you should check out your video card temps by installing ntune(google it) They shouldn't be over like 75c. If they are really high then your card might already be dead and you would need to RMA it.

and in the driver sweeper menu ! i see nivdia chipset and display witch one must i sweep ?
