    Guy Aimbotting On Our Server

    Hi there,

On Friday night we had a guy on our server, GHOST_Gamers Infantry Only (Ranked), (193.93.45.108:16567), whom we thought had an aimbot, due to well, put simply, tonnes of bloody rediculous duels between several clan mates and myself. So, I recorded his handiwork and although the kills themselves aren't so revealing, he snaps continually to targets that aren't often even visible. Whilst you might say that I can't accuse him of hacking if I can't see the target he snaps to, you can tell from his reaction and hesitation that he didnt mean to snap 180 degrees behind him, or turn 90 degrees into a solid wall...

I am currently compiling the video, which has subtitle-style text just before the 'snaps' occur and stating which direction he snaps so that it is obvious when the 'snapping' occurs. My question is, where can I give EA/PB the video, as on the EA customer support site for cheaters (link below) it only wants pictures??

I will not be disclosing the name of the accused guy, but all will be revealed shortly

Are you not disclosing his name because he is a member here, or what?

You can try to submit to EA CS, but it's unlikely they will do anything.

Are you a member of Punksbusted.com? Did you get any PB screenshots of him that show him using hacks? If you're not a punksbusted.com member, then become one. It won't help for this guy but you will block 10k proven cheats from getting on your server and in the future you'll be able to submit SS's of people like this guy to get them blocked from all the other PsB servers.

I don't know if he's a member of this community, but just incase he looks and starts on another account or something like that, I won't disclose it alex98uk. No I'm not a member, and although I have in game admin for our server, I do not have access to BF2CC, so could you let me know how to take PB screenshots, and then I can submit them to the link I posted above [to EA CS]

        *Update*

I'm now a member, so how can I ensure 10k of cheats are banned etc? Should I post the video there as well??

you could have a look on their site and see if anyone else has posted videos, if so you'll be ok, but if not just give them a screenshot, but whatever you do, bust the punk.

Shredder, I'm all for it but don't actually don't have any screenshots, just the video. However, the video blatantly shows he has a form of aimbot, so I'm just gonna finish compiling it within the next few days and then submit it somewhere.

How can you take PB Screenshots???

Signa - as I said previously, I'm not finished editing it and wont disclose the name for reasons previously stated. Read previous posts...

You will need admin access through BF2CC. If you can get an administrator from your server to join the Server Owner's Group someone will be able to walk you guys through it.

Here's the thread on how to join the group. You will need admin access to add PSB support and we ask that only head admins apply for access to the Server Owner's Group.

Homepage for Total Gaming Network and CS-Nation. Get the latest video game news, previews, and reviews on a daily basis.

You would be able to disclose the private name in our restricted forums. Chances our someone already has proof the individual is a cheater.

OK Thanks, I will ask my leader. One thing: it says on the Server Owners group thread that "server owners and high level server admins" can join, and as I am the most active server admin, I presume that my request for membership to the group is OK.

I will tell me leader about the group, and see if I can get a BF2CC account on our server incase he's away/offline and I need to use it.

Its not so much playing for you, in the case of the aimbots you still run around, it simply aims at the persons head or in some cases i believe anywhere you set the aimbot to aim, and then you click. It's not in in games like Silkroad Online, where you can get bots that literally does everything from you, but yeah it is stupid. OK, if you get a hack it could be fun for a few days, testing things out, taking stupidly unrealistic shots and killing people with a pistol from the other side of the map around 1 km away, but then it gets boring especially as you severaly annoy other people, waste their time, and in turn waste your money as you always get found out in the end.
There is a thread started by GHOST_Kevlar which is called, 'The Point In Hacking' or something like that, though you've probably seen it.

We've already established that the people who continuously hack do it for either the fame, notoriety or for the sake of pissing people off.

Regardless of their reasoning; I see them as scum.

The only exception I offer, are to those who give up cheating to play fair.
