Why Does CS:S Keep Crashing???

Whenever i start playing cs:s after about 5 mins it crashes to desktop.

is it because its only installed 87% on steam?????, i cnt b stuffd waiting

Think about it,its 87% downloaded.Does that mean all the files are downloaded?NO.
