    /\ Pc Build /\ Advice Need'ed /\

    Hey,

I have recently build my own machine, i spent hours checking what parts ect.
Now my friend has decided he wants to take the Pc Build route!

He has a £325 Budget Max! (Its Tight I Know)

I have suggested the following components, now im an amature at this
so if can find anything better for the same money, please let us no!

    Please use www.yoyotech.co.uk only!
Becuase he wants to buy all items from ONE site to save P&P Charges!

Ok The PSU i see is the main problem, costing only £13.14, Know, im updating my PSU probably a few weeks after his is built, so im planning on letting him have my one, which is an OCZ 600W With LED, So as long as his system lasts a month at max he'll get a new PSU..

Also would this run BF2 On All High Exept AA, Thats My Prediction!

Feel Free To Change Some Parts, And Add What You Thinks Best!

Seems like a pretty decent system. Plus make sure he has room to upgrade later on down the line, like the ram. 1gb of ram is decent theses days but if you look around at other peoples sigs that have their system specs in them you will see alot if not all of them have at least 2 gigs of ram which is the norm.

                    OK,

he is planning on adding the extra 1Gb when he actually orders he system

Overall is it compatible? like will everything fit the MoBo ok?

Any suggestions on BF2 settings yet?

Yes everything should be compatable with your MB. Im not up to speed on the ATI graphics cards but I had an x800 pro 256 agp in my older system and I could run everythin on high then except i had the aa turned off. Maybe your best bet is to do some more reaserch on that particular card you have listed above and see how it stacks against other cards.

Check this link out but like I said try googling the video card and see what you come up with.

                        Good Idea

I shall check it out on some sites

Anyone else know if that card is anygood?

                        Thanks

bout a £fiver more, but it outperforms the AMD (and overclock better should you want to do that)

Yeah. Remember, clock speeds aren't everything. The chips are completely different architectures. Hence why a 3.6ghz Pentium4 would be taken to the cleaners by a 2.4ghz Core 2 Duo E6600!!! :)
