Reviews?

Although I won't be getting the game until Christmas :cry: I am excited about release day because now reviews will start coming in from IGN and Gamespot and the like. So post links to reviews here so I have something to read for 50 days.

I'm probably going to get CoD4 for Christmas, I can wait. The original Call of Duty came out in late October and I got that for Christmas, what can be so hard waiting for CoD4?

Just watched the GT review, and I don't think he knows how to throw nades back... That feature makes AI nades almost completely useless and he's complaining that he died a lot from them.

And I wish they would've reviewed the PC version so he didn't have to whine about 6 game types.

I believe there are around 6 gametypes for the PC version as well...this is from IW Dev Team member DKo5's PC Server Guide on the IW.com forums, right from the server config:

<gametype> is one of:
"dm" - free for all deathmatch
"dom" - domination
"koth" - headquarters
"sab" - sabotage
"sd" - search & destroy
"war" - team deathmatch

Not at release, no.

From 402 at IW.com:

It's true. No CTF at launch. Compared to the other gametypes it's something we knew we could make better and refuse to put it in the game until it's up to standard with all the other gametypes. Don't worry though, we're going to be doing a lot of updates / tweaks / changes to MP based on community feedback and fully plan to add CTF if we get it to that point.

I did but that reload was so fast, probably sleight of hand perk... Almost superhuman...

Yea...I don't know what that guy was doing with the grenades. It says "Press button to throw back." and he moves over about 2 feet. Then he decides to move back over so he stands on top of the grenade. Then he starts complaining about getting killed by grenades so often? Wow!

Anyway, I expect GS will post their review tomorrow.
