No Online Login Option

hi guys, just recently reinstalled BF2 and everything has been fine for about a week. Then today when i tried to login i cant!
Theres no option to select my online account. (see attachment) have reinstalled again but still the same problem. i'm using the latest patch. I'm really tearing my hair out now so any ideas would be well appreciated.

Probablyjust have to hit "manage accounts" & then the "retrieve account"

if that dont work i've heard horror stories about using the shortcut "play online now" never use that for some reason it flucks stuff up.

worse comes to worse do this, a good manual uninstall, http://forums.filefront.com/bf2-prob...nt-issues.html then reinstall &defrag.
