changing vehicle speed

i dont know if this is the right forum but is it possible to change jeep and boat speed

Ive tried to do it, and i know it has somthing to do with thier .Tweak files, but when i did it, the game crashes at 14%

hello :)
look in object_server.zip in vehicles\land\vehiclename\vehiclename.tweak with notepad.
(replace vehiclename with whatever you want to edit)

look for these values:

ObjectTemplate.setTorque
ObjectTemplate.setDifferential
ObjectTemplate.setGearUp
ObjectTemplate.setGearDown
ObjectTemplate.setGearChangeTime

yea what he said^^^, but dont put it too high, or its really hard too controll
