well the shutout ones you kinda have to hope the guys on your team are doing thier job.
cant shutout the other team from capturing by yourself very easily

just a bit of fun, i dont play for them but its just interesting to see what you've achived once your awarded one.

When I start to get bored of the game thats when I will try for the achievements,as of now I just take them as they come I guess.
