Just curious, I just got my expert ground defense and expert air defense badge (w00t) but my rank was a private and I had no unlocks. Will I still get these badges even though I didn't have my real rank?

Mind if i butt into your topic? It's also a stat question. Whats the number given to you in BFHQ next to your weapons? Like with Carbines i'm #64 000. Does that mean there are 64 k people with more score with the Carbines than i do? Or more time? Or more kills? Or better stats with it? Noob question but i've never worried about it before.

I think its your rank with that weapon... not 100% sure though.
