Noticed something odd the other day...

My 5 yr old has been bugging me to play BF2142, so I finally made him a character, plopped him into a conquest server and let him have at it (I have a strong suspicion that this type of thing happens ALOT, based on the actions of my team mates ). Anyway he played for a while, went 0-8 and was completely fascinated by a sentry turret. Once he got bored, I sat down and played his character for a bit in an attempt to get him an unlock or 2. I went recon for a bit, figuring I'd get a few cheap kills with the sniper. After a few headshots, I was thinking I might wanna turn my Zeller back in for a default sniper, cause I was really doing well. Then I realized why.... Their was no sway. When I zoomed in, the cross hairs were rock steady. I have problems sometimes sniped stationary mines on the titan with the zeller because of the sway. Unless my 5yr old downloaded some hax while I wasn't looking, I dunno what was up. Anyone know what gives?

probably a bug alot of people had it and it seems you get it when you do weird things to your sniper like zooming in and out very fast who knows.

It's just a bug that comes and goes. I have had it happen with the Zellar, the Buar, and other guns. Not sure what causes it as one round the sway will be there and the next there will be no sway.

The sway in this game is silly anyway. IMO it should be completely removed, or at least removed when you're crouched or prone.

This would make the stabalizer obsolete when crouching or prone....I think the sway is fine..it keeps a prone sniper from dominating an area of the map.

I've had that bug before, comes and goes and more likely to happen on bad internet connections.

No sway when prone would make sense, crouched ans standing is why you got the stabilizer. Or the stabilizer could kill all deviation as well then would even add something to prone.

I had this bug happen to my Zeller 3 Days in a row... Was pretty fun, lots of kills. Then it went away

Agreed, and they should have gotten rid of that dam red reticle too. :cussing:

That's excatly why we want it gone....so we can dominate!:shoot:

My brother always get that glitch, everything including the snipers, Voss, etc, has no sway. Maybe its caused by letting little brothers play?

I have no idea what causes it, but I had the glitch for half a week over the summer.

Propably a good thing. Atm, snipers are just utterly useless.

Yea it happens time 2 time like laggers when u revive them and they stand with both their arms out to the side :)
