Well I guess this is the most unexpected teamkill... But when I was playing AiX Mod with a friend we were both on top of a building and I was chucking grenades down upon the hapless bots. Suddenly I realize there is no floor beneath me any more so I turn in surprise and start falling, releasing my mouse button as I go. Unfortunately I had a grenade primed at that time and I ended up chucking it right at my friends feet. I was laughing so hard that I didn't even pull my chute.
