BF2 Graphics problems

alright ive had this problem for a while and guess i havent noticed it untill recently. the textures such as the weapons dont blend well at all .ive tried all the settings in the game and in my ATI mobility radeon x1400. its very hard to explain this in pictures because it flashes back and forth while moving.the edges are jagged and flash between diffenrt parts of the screen. thank you in advance for the help. id include screenies but it wouldnt help much. id attach a vid of it if i knew how

you can use fraps & put it on youtube & paste a link in here. i dont know squat about notebooks, sounds like it could be the card to me though.
