Try the unlocks 123 mod. I think that should work. Unfortunately I don´t have a link, so let the magic of google help guide you.

Yeah Unlocks 123 is awesome, it has wepaons from even EF! And you select them all at once, not you die, choose kit, etc. It's bad-arse
