I know we're supposed to take it as a compliment when we're accused of hacking. However, after four servers in a row, and a twenty minute long (one-sided) conversation on some clan's Team-Speak, I'm wondering if it's even worth playing this game anymore.
Today I wanted to do some Infantry Only. 16 playered maps, 8 people per team, where the best players play. I needed a challenege. Sadly I got a hassle. Guess it was my mistake for wanting to play where the wannabe professionals play.
The first time I was simply kicked off of the =BS= server. I played a couple rounds there for fun. No reason was given for the kick. No biggie, it happens quite a lot, I thought. So I didn't return for any drama.
The second time I was kicked off of the Canada Kicks *** server. I talked politely with the clan administrator over TS. He apologized. I asked him politely to simply take PBSS's of me at random moments while I play. The server dies out eventually, so I move on to another server.
The third time has a pretty big story attached to it... Apparently, this clan of professionals known as the Infantry Regiment (=IR= server), wasn't too happy with my ability to turn a bad round around, merely by not rolling over and dying whenever I'm swarmed by a clan squad. I'm a firm believer in hit and runs, leaving behind grenade, claymore and sniper rifle shots to the head presents. I'm not easy to kill as a result. - Well, the problems really started with their players joining my squad, spawning on me and killing me repeatedly. It ended with their members stating obscenities on the chat screen about me. Eventually one of their admins tried, then failed to kick me (He screwed up the command). I had enough at that point. I left the server after reminding them how rude they were being, especially when they didn't even bother to garner proof.
Finally, on a server that shall remain nameless, (has the letters B B O F in their tag), I played for a whopping twenty minutes and two rounds. I went a whole round at 13-0, helped the team that was being dominated by a team-stacking guild win that round. Then the next round, I was asked to join their TS. I did so, and immediately somebody started shouting to me about being a hacker. Politely I reminded him to simply take a "PBSS" to clear my name. Apparently he believes that I have a special hack that is impossible to PBSS. So he goes on and on about how much of a loser I am for hacking. I never once bothered to get a word in otherwise after my polite reminder of Punkbuster. - Finally he got tired of verbally abusing me, and he was apparently tired of me dominating him in game. His team lost three rounds since I've joined, and he had enough. He joined my squad. My screen started lagging, and the chat screen started scrolling garbled text. My ping shot up to 500+ and I was kicked for a high ping. I tried to rejoin, but I was banned for teamkilling. I asked him why, and he once more started shouting about how much of a loser I am for hacking. I was then banned from his TS server.
:hmm:
Not exactly a fun night for me, even though I had a very lucky night in game.
