The thing is, there's a huge PC online FPS lineup coming, which will definitely hurt the BF2 community. Crysis, QW:ET, Frontlines:FOW, Medal of Honor Airborne, ect...


And CS 1.6 isn't a fair comparison. The requirements for your PC to run it are much lower. So casual players with normal computers can easily play it. But BF2 is a demanding game, and many who run it are the type that want the latest and greatest

BattleField 2 vanilla is dieing slowly... BUT not the BattleField 2 engine.. A-lot BF2'ers are spreading to mods.

Yeah bf2 has AWHILE before it goes the way of bf1942 and vietnam besides those games mostly died bcas of newer bf games and the lack of VOIP.
