Re: Sound Error...
On a similar note, though decidedly more extreme, my BF2 music and sound effects for my player only have decided to not function any longer.
I played last night without changing settings at all and today, start up BF2, no music upon log-in screen...I check to make sure I don't have it turned off in the "Options" though I didn't touch anything between today and yesterday. Nope, fine.
Load into my server, I hear all sound effects but my own gunfire. Shoot the gun, get no confirmation at all of any gunfire, just shell casings. I can hear myself running, but no shock paddle noises.
Totally confused as to why this would happen. Played music in Windows Media Player with no problem at all.
Ideas anyone?
