I have recently made another user account on windows xp and when i try to join an online server on bf2 on the new account it comes up with an error message saying my cd-key isnt valid. any suggestions? if it helps, both accounts are sharing administrator privelages.

for ur invalid cd key, try going to
start>run>regedit
HKEY LOCAL MACHINE/Software/Electronic Arts/EA GAMES/Battlefield 2/ergc and in ergc, u should see on the right "(Default)" and then double clikc on that. delete everything in value data and type
x9392 and hten ur cdkey without any spaces so it looks like
x9392DMV8274DJI298U in there where DMV82...wouldbe ur cd key. htne hit ok and restart ur game -
