Hey guys, just stopping by to share a few videos with you that I've worked on before. They are both remakes of the movie Behind Enemy Lines, using Battlefield 2. I hope you enjoy them!
Thanks for the nice comments guys. FYI, I tried using Battle Director for the recording, because I know it removes all the players tags, and allows you to render in much higher resolution (better quality), but I was kinda having trouble using it, but I'll probobly use it for Part 3 when the time comes.
You should have tried to use the same map so everything looks more "realistic" and used MEC for the flyover.
Otherwise it was pretty good.
At first, I was going to film everything on Kubra Dam, so I went in there with the other players, did all the stunts, but after doing them, I realized the scenery just wouldn't work out, so we filmed it all on Daqing Oilfields. I used the scenes from the AA vehicle (the parts where it shoots the missile), and put it into the movie. I couldn't use MEC for that fly over because the map only had China and USMC, and the Chinese soldiers wouldn't look right for that seen, so I just used the USMC for that.
Couldn't you use Operation Clean Sweep? It has almost the same scenery like Daqing and it has MEC.
Good luck with your vid, it really is a masterpiece. But it will be even better if you would use BattleDirector. Otherwise, go to the Sir. Forums and ask them.
