Game Crash?!

i know this has already been posted but i dont understand that g10thingie ma-bob stuff.
so when im playing after bout 5 mins my game freezes for bout 3 secodns and crashes....
all my options are set at low coz it makes me lag.
please suggest what to do
oh and if it is computer language make it with BIG writing and pictures :P

and wat are ur system specs. what kindof crash do u get? (crash to ur desktop, blue screen of death, or restarts..etc)

When im playing it laggs then freezes and crashes my back to desktop and is bloody annoying >
