I was just going through some foroums on Sniping and read about bullet dropping. I want to know is there a way to measure it so you can place the meduim to long shots? Also what are the best guns in which the bullets don't drop much.

Re: Bullet Dropping
The M95 has the least bullet drop out of all the sniper kits, but i find it SO in-accurate and anything over 150M that its not worth useing it at all.
Don't be scared of bullet drop or shy away from it, as once you understand how it works better you will be able to hit anything anyway (even moving targets ) , as i like bullet drop and can judge how much higher to aim above the targets head.
Try useing the L96A1 as this has very thin lines on the scope allowing you to see the gap better between the targets head and your cross hair.
You could practice shooting the barrels on karkand from a long range as they have a sticker on it and you could see how much the bullet has droped from where you aimed, or shotting a flag pole could be better as you can see how many meters it is away.Comment

Re: Bullet Dropping
Play as squad leader, lock the squad. When you are aiming at a group of targets, press T while scoped, and say attack. This will display the range.
0-150 = no bullet drop
150-300 = minor bullet drop
300-500 = significant bullet drop
There's no way of telling you how far you should aim above someone. I'd use pixels as a measurement, but you might have a different monitor size than me.Comment

Re: Bullet Dropping
also it takes practice. lots of it. the only 2 guns u should really be using for long distance sniping is m24 and L96. maybe M95 but its not as good.
btw nice video. i actually learned soemthing. the super long distance sniping was pretty awesome but somewhat impractical. why wouldnt ur spotter shoot when they hve a better chance at hittingComment
