alrighty, how do i setup cc so where i can type ingame
!k (name) (shortcut for reason). this seems like it would make things much easier. thanks

In the menu bar there is a gap for writing text in game ,,it huge in the middle u cant miss it.

I pause the game when players are being tards and type all sorts

That's not what he wants to know......

1) Join the server.
2) Open up BF2CC (you must be an administrator to finish the rest of these steps).
3) Right click on your name and select "Register Hash for In-Game Admin".
4) Select your account name in the next box and hit OK.

Now you have in-game admin and the !k name whatever you type in will work for kick. The other commands, !say/!s !b/!ban and !w/warn will also work now.

To setup the shortcuts...

1) Go to Options at the top of BF2CC.
2) Select any of the possible choices for that menu.
3) Click the "In Game Admin" tab.
4) Enter the shortcut (eg. smack) under alias and then enter "<action> <player> full reason" (eg. <action> <player> for being a smacktard) under the message.

Now if you do "!k name smack" in chat (without the quotes) it will show up as "KICKING!!!! name for being a smacktard" at the top of the screen where kill messages scroll.

And yes, you are right it's much easier than using BF2CC even if you have a 2nd computer to run BF2CC on while playing.

use the big funky orange text for admin messages through cc?
