Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
A new version of the mod will come out, current version probably doesn't much servers. You should use Game Monitor and check which mods are currently played by checking the servers.
As far as I know there are no servers running the current version. The new version is on the verge of being released. A news release was posted on the USI site today and will probably be on these forums by tommorow:

Real life issues caused a delay in new videos being released and in work being completed. Believe when I tell you that this release is about to happen. USI v.15 is 99.6% complete.
You figured it out. The USI team has been busy the last year and a half creating fake in-game shots of new vehicles, weapons, maps, etc with photoshop instead of actually making the new version. The videos are complete fabrications as well. As a matter of fact, before play testing v.15 every Sunday over the last several months, I was eating 'shroom to fool myself into thinking I was playing .15 beta when I was actually playing vBF2.

well its here now...and since then its been less than 15 people online playing it....
god damn it..this mod is way better than DCon for frak sakes...
Yeah, it's kinda disappointing... we've got the only Rush server and the most number of players on there has been 2... the other official BSS server is also pretty slow... give it a little time and maybe we'll get more into it.
