What do you think is the best map for sniper? Besides Karkand/Warlord IO

I think that Mashtuur City would be a good sniping map. But, the M95 could cause you death, being so loud and whatnot.

I learned on Wake Island, lots of long but narrow stretches to shoot from that help you judge those long range shots.

Plus, there's not much to hide behind for the enemy when they come up from beach or North Base to the Airfield.

I like to pull out the M24 on Wake Island, good sniping map.

Dalian, Daqing, Wake. All those maps with long view distances. Karkand sniping shouldnt even be called sniping. 200 meters view distance is a joke

Mashtuur City with vehicles, no doubt. Plenty of great spots and fog isnt a factor. Reason I say with vehicles, because if not there will be a ton of other snipers, and you will probably be more "visible" meaning looked for. When there are vehicles in play people seem to care less about a sniper.

Wake ism y fav. if u have 100% view distance and high geometry, u can take ppl out from one side of an island to the other .

I like to snipe on Road to Jalalabad.

Lots of good hides and most roofs are accessible.

the last 5 or so sniping hours have come from playing on Mashtuur. there are various spots around the whole map that you can take advantage of. had some really good rounds on that map.
i personally wouldn't call karkand a sniping map. the most common case of sniping ive ever seen on there really is that crappy stalemate from train accident across the river in IO.

Ive gotten 37 kills-5 deaths on wake but the map i have the most fun sniping on is mashtuur for sure. And btw, M24 all the way on wake. camoflage ftw!

If I remember right the M24 has less bullet drop, so it's great for Wake. With the L96A1 I'm practically aiming at the sky the whole round. :laugh:

Gunna have to try mashtuur... I never really played it much.

IMO, it's probably mashtuur city or sharqi peninsula. They're both half urban and open battlefield, and you can find lots of places to snipe from.
