i logg on to my account join a server play finish round

BAM!!!

get "there was an error reading from the server"

so i restart my computer and try again

same thing after round ends

"there was an error reading from the server"

I go on Special Forces

choose a server

map finishes loading and without getting to play a round

BAM!!!!

"there was an error reading from the server"


any one with a similar problem or a sulution it would be helpful
if u want i can post a screen shot but i doubt its neccesry

Yea, the same exact thing is happening to me and some other guys too. I don't know how to solve it though. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, I too have the same problems.
I have tried updating PB, and I didn't bother reinstalling because it has never accomplished anything before.
I guess there's going to be a new patch, or a letter from EA appologizing for the guy that fell asleep on the job. "All he had to do was push a button every 30 minutes...."

Oh, and he's right, there was alot of BAMS!!!

Apparently the EA master server is down, and its affecting both BF2 and BF2142.

*cue armegeddon music*

EA screwed up big time w/ this.

I'm glad I work out of town. I only get to play 2 days a week, so it should be fixed by the time I get back. I can't wait for Bioshock and GTA4.
