high ping cuz of PB ?

im getting high pings and i think that its because my pb is not updated

and i manualy updated it from the site (the "save file" thing as html) and i cant use the PBsetup.exe cuz after i run it its says "PBsetup.exe is ileagle issue on win32"


how can i repair that or idk...maby some1 uload his PB fixed file?

it would be hard for you to join any servers let alone get high ping if your PB is not updated, so i am not sure if it IS that...though it COULD be!
