Re: saving locked fps
Go to audio.con
open with notepad
type in game.lockfps 0 at the top
save
right click audio.con
under attributes check read-only
The reason why I say audio.con is because that will have the least changes made to it.. The other one I have is renderer.drawfps 1 so I don't have to type anything in at the beginning, every time. -

Re: saving locked fps
renderer.drawfps 1 (shows the FPs in the top left)Originally posted by alex98ukgame.lockfps 200?????
So what does "renderer.drawfps 100" do?
game.lockfps 200 (can be any number higher than 100(increase's the limit, by default the limit is 100 fps))Comment

Re: saving locked fps
on a serious note: you bring up the console and then type that command followed by the framerate you want?

Re: saving locked fps
That's perfectly fine.
It helps, it's how I weeded out a few bugs in BF2 (and nVidia's crappy drivers in general).Comment
