    Re: saving locked fps

    Go to audio.con

    open with notepad

type in game.lockfps 0 at the top

    save

    right click audio.con

    under attributes check read-only

The reason why I say audio.con is because that will have the least changes made to it.. The other one I have is renderer.drawfps 1 so I don't have to type anything in at the beginning, every time.

renderer.drawfps 1 (shows the FPs in the top left)
game.lockfps 200 (can be any number higher than 100(increase's the limit, by default the limit is 100 fps))

                    Re: saving locked fps

on a serious note: you bring up the console and then type that command followed by the framerate you want?

EDIT ok i found the tweak guide no problem.....

lock it at 100, but if its at 200 it can go up to 149 etc mines set at 100 now, iv im lucky i can break 200 fps

                            That's perfectly fine.

It helps, it's how I weeded out a few bugs in BF2 (and nVidia's crappy drivers in general).
