Well bigpappa introduced an uninteresting point, whoever came up with the ROE, who cares? Either way EA try to enforce it.

They can only take action against ranked servers as far as I am aware...

hehe yeah i always play fair...though i hate it when i pull out a knife infront of someone and start moving side to side...all they do is look at me and then start spraying me with their gun >.< that should be under ROE (if its not)
