i think some PR maps has lightning...havent played it in a while since it just doesnt run well on my comp
rain would be a killer on even newer systems. tho it would be nice to have it in the video settings. so wat if ppl who have it off have an advatange. those with lighting set to off also have an advatnage and some ppl rather play for eye candy than points.
