I was playing Bf2 today (:shock:) and I donno what happend but it said "driver special ability point" What would that be???

I think that is when you are a a medic or an engineer in a vehicle and you heal or fix something you drive next to.:salute:

Then you would get a healing/repair/ammo giving point. a driver special ability point is when you are driving and one of your passengers gets a healing/repair/ ammo giving points.

lol... you must be an I/O fanboy. Yes, you get driver special ability points on vehicle servers.
