I imagine that you could mix explosives within the same round to get his award?

For instance, join a vehicle warlord server and play as Insurgent. Go Eng. and lay mines covering the main entrances and get some kills. Then the enemy reacts by being more cautious, then you switch to C4 jihading and go on the offensive. After they just stop using vehicles or complaining too much, switch to sniper and lay clays for infantry.

Related to discussion, I've noticed that if I put down AT mines and then, for example, get in a tank, when some bad guy runs over the mine and dies, it says that I killed him with the tank (or whatever vehicle I happen to be in at the time).

I'm assuming this is a bug, but does it register as an AT mine kill in your stats?

If not, then it's even harder to get these badges if you don't even get credit for your kills.

hmmm. havent seen that happen before. i've changed my localisation files to list what weapon the kill was made with eg. ham_411 [AT Mine]......etc

but sometimes i do just get ham_411 [ ] ......, maybe thats when im in a vehicle then?

Always make sure you last C4 kills you too. It's way quicker to respawn than it is to find ammo and a dpv for the next run.

Just put them in smart places where you can get more than 1 kill at a time with them.. The best is on Karkand, when USMC has All the flags except gatehouse on 32 player map size, and it turns into a sniper battle, you just gotta sneak around a bit, and put clays down.. Yeah its a suicide mission, but your clays don't disappear unless you die twice..

clays + Karkand I/O 32 map size or bigger = expert explosives.

You need 1:4 (kills:deaths) kdr to get the PH. But with 2 C4 jihads and 1 C4 kill per death is 3:1 (kills:deaths) kdr. It can even be closer to 4:1 with the odd random kill or roadkill. You'd have to be really bad to get a PH doing this, jihad jeeping requires zero skill. Well ok, basic driving skills, but that's all.
