Like what? You mean that commander have to be able to use some minigun:shock: or nuclera strike(look for mods:p)
I think that commander actually doesn't need to have something better than the other players have.

it lacks teamwork and big battles. its rare to have like 2 squads vs 2 squads duking it out while at least 80meterse away

It would have been so good if it used the 2142 style of play. This means players and squad leaders get points if they completed attacks on targets specified by the commander.

BF2 lacks regular good updates and also (ive been told this is in 2142) i think when u get awards u should get points towards ur ranks as bonus - depending on the type of award.

its lack WEAPONS AND COSTIMIZATION, also the feeling of a big battle....

i think the commander should have better options, like the better you become the more you can do.....

yeah i agree with spike about the physics...i think the HL2 engine has a much better one...though the BF2 one is highly amusing :P

u cant do that? u mustve been on a server with grav set to 60 or something rather than the 800 def.
