"You have lost connection with the server"

As of yesterday, everytime I try to log onto a server, it delays and then I get the 'lost connection' message.

I try the same server again and it connects. Everything worked smoothly before (connections the first try).

Any thoughts or experiences with this?

I get this too. Lots of other people are also getting it. It started after the pb update

I've had problems with it as well. It's more or less my Firewall or spyware software blocking PB from connecting to the internet. Guess they changed the way PB was connecting to the servers. But once i update my programs allowed list for PB i have had few problems.

i dont have the problem that often and i have the latest pb

its just getting plain annoying especially when you're trying to join a tight server as it is.

It seems to be a universal problem when trying to connect to a server first time.

yep, i get it every single time i try and join a game. I'm also getting bumped to desktop more than ever before

Same, i had to retry about 3 times before i got connected.

This is very annoying, and I have a friend that keeps having to restart his modem because he keeps getting kicked for PB packet loss. Any news of a fix for any of this?
