I don't think RedxInk is ever going to be convinced this is a trivial problem. It's not pointless or none of us would be posting, but it is undoubtably the last thing anyone should worry about it. Redx if you have enough time to notice AND complain about losing Gold Stars to a commander then, truthfully, you have to much time on your hands. Its not anything against you or your opinion, but I seriously think you should take a good look at the criticism you are facing here.Comment

Commanders are actually Rosie O'Donnels secret fantasies put into a game that she can control, hence why the UAvs and Arty NEVER work like they would be expected. She get's hungry, get over it.Comment

See, commanders don't even fall in the same catagory as a soldier/infantry. It's not like I get awarded the same badges as they do so why should they take my badges and awards. Besides sometimes BF2 commanders don't do squat and they still manage to get just a high enough or even higher score then you. I have to work twice as hard when he doesn't even command correctly sending UAV to unnessesary flag points and random artillery.Comment

i personally dont mind commanders, they are part of the game and sacrificing some "fun" to help out the team, so in my opinion they deserve the GS if they get it. I think everyone deserves everything they get in game (legitimately). Having said that:

A problem i can see with this, is that commanders can get a medal with doing hardly anything. although there could be a requirement such as to gain the Commander Star you need to be in the top 3 score lists - just an example.
