sudden problem with game locking up!

Hello All,
New here as you can see but not new to BF2. Well, I come to you guys now asking for help. Starting today, 9/2/07, right when I join the server and I am about to choose my team/kit,thats when the game freezes. I can still hear everything happening in the game but my mouse locks up and cant even click "ESC." I thought it was something to do w/ the server so I tried to play in single player and the same thing! Mouse is stuck in the middle of the screen and the game freezes. I have the new updates and everything?!?!

Please any help will be appreciated.

Reset your controls to default.

Reset the controlls to defualt,

As default is your keyboard & mouse

Wow...fixed that problem!!

Weird because my controls were already set on keyboard and mouse, but the switching to default thing took care of it.
