Rank wont change to Sargeant

Hi, I am just wondering if anyone knows why my rank isnt changing, because ingame after playing a while, it said I was promoted to Sargeant. So after the game I went to unlock my weapon in BFHQ and the progress bar was at 100% but i was still a corporal. And on bf2 stats it says im a corporal at 25%.

So if anyone could tell me why I am not ranking up it would be appreciated.

bf2s confirms you should be promoted to sargeant. http://bf2s.com/player/71498250/

try logging out of bf2, then back in, then join a different ranked server.

Try going to another server, and get just 1 Point, you should get promoted , then stay to the end!

After that check BFHQ You should have your rank, my friend had same issues this resolved them!
