More Imersion in FPS Games

A while back I had this idea of using a light gun & a projector so I could play BF2 standing up.
Does anyone know if the hardware exists to do this?

I want to play BF2 arcade style, it beats sitting on your *** for hours on end!

Light guns need to be aimed at a screen/moniter i dont think a blown up projection would work, and arnt projectors like really crappy quality?

And after thinking about this, it would be cool, it would be very fun, using a lightgun to aim and shoot in Bf2, but how would you move? you'd need two hands for the gun for decent aiming.

but the hardware would be next generation, were moving the lightgun moves the gun/crosshair in game, shoots and reloads ect....

in easyer terms, no its not possible unless you're one uber game designer or whatever, but if somethingl ike this ever came out, id deffinatly buy it, as i get annoyed sitting on my *** for hours owning noobies

Go get yourself a treadmill and stick sensors to your head that detect horizontal movement and a light gun that tracks your aiming. Don't ask me how you'd jump or prone, can see quite alot of injurys because of it :p

i have a projector and have played games on it sturmovik 1946 and its fun on big screen my friend is playing the wii on his and says its awsome bf2 would be fun with a gun.
