More than 16 bots for single player?

I was wondering if there's anyway of playing with more than 16 bots in single player? I got a Mod that makes maps "64," but that doesn't make the game have 64 bots, just a huge map.

There was some thing in the AI files that could be changed. Can`t remember right. Use search, maybe you`ll find it.

The mod for 64 size maps was like bfsp64. Another thing i did awhile ago was putting files into the server.zip's of the level files, but that only made the reinforcement number to like 1000, and it didn't add more bots. I tried the bot changer but that didn't work. I followed the instructions and i set the number of bots and everything but it just didn't work. If having more than 16 bots is to ,much of a hassle, i might just forget about it and play multiplayer.

Why do you want to play SP instead of co-op mode? It's much easier to change settings in co-op. If you must use SP for some reason then try the botchanger program posted earlier or edit aidefault.ai. Botchanger is included in the latest version of the BF2SP64 mod (2.32). (This is the only version that includes SP/co-op support for the new Highway to Tampa map.) The only reason I can see that botchanger wouldn't work is if it can't find where you installed the game (it tries to search the registry). To play co-op with only one person just type sv.numplayersneededtostart 1 in the console or add it to serversettings.con.
